We sell online courses and all your training is done in a web browser window. We don’t offer face-to-face sessions with instructors and we won’t send you any training material through the post. You can print out any page of the training material and print any notes (if the e-learning allows) you took during the training, if you want to.
You can also revisit a course to refresh your knowledge, even after you have completed the course. Some courses will have time limits as to how long you can access them for – the system will be able to tell you if this is the case.
When you’ve found the course you are looking for, you can make a secure payment online with most popular credit/debit cards or via PayPal.
If you wish to purchase multiples of courses or would like to be invoiced, you can e-mail us on ‘email@example.com’ and we’ll apply our bulk pricing policy.
In the email we send you confirming your purchase has gone through, you will be given a link to click on that will launch the learning portal. Simply click the link and you’re in!
All you need to do find your course and launch it to begin learning!
If you want to change your password once you’re in, feel free – just remember the link we sent originally may not work any more. You can login to the learning portal at: intellelearn.talentlms.com.
So, onto the more technical side of things:
All our courses are online only – so you’ll need an internet connected device. We recommend you use a PC, laptop or tablet to access our training. If there’s anything else specific you need to know about devices and accessing a course, details will be in the course description.
Most of our courses also use sound, so it’s essential the device you’re accessing on has sound capability.
If you have a very poor quality internet connection, any videos will play at the best quality for your connection. We’d recommend an internet speed of at least 2mb/second to get a decent experience.
The course is interactive and you may need to click on parts of the screen before you can advance.
The system will remember where you left off and take you back there if you exit part-way through, but you can go over any part of it as many times as you want to and take as long as you want.
Some courses allow you to write your own notes for each page and print them off at the end or simply store them to access later any time you log in to your record.
When you get to the end, you will usually be presented with an assessment to check your understanding. Don’t worry; you can take this test as many times as you need to pass. Your understanding of the subject and demonstration of competence is the most important thing.
For most courses you will be able to print your own certificate at the end of the test. Certificates are stored on your learning log in, so you can reprint them if necessary.
The course is self-paced so you decide how fast or slow the training goes. You can complete the course in stages revisiting the training at any time – the system remembers where you are.
