- Explain the appropriate actions to take to minimise the risk of allergen contamination
- Consider the different kinds of allergens that may be found in certain types of cuisine
This Food Allergen Awareness Training course is accessed through a dedicated learner portal, and you will be provided with the easy to use login details. The course is divided into bite-sized modules with a short quiz at the end of each.
